MVP Recruitment is assisting an esteemed Senior Living & Retirement organization with recruitment of an experienced RN or LPN to serve as the Resident Care Director for their beautiful Assisted Living & Memory Care Community located just outside of New Bedford, MA.

Role Summary:

As the Resident Care Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of the residents. Leveraging your experience and expertise, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional care services and lead a dedicated team of caregivers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise resident care activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a resource and advocate for residents and their families, fostering trust and open communication.
• Monitor and evaluate resident health status, implementing interventions as needed to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a senior living or long-term care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to resident-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
