We're currently searching for a Resident Assistant to join our team at our assisted living facility in Jefferson City, TN.

$12.25-$13.25 Per hour!

Must have 6 months to 1 year experience,

you do not need to be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in TN, but it is preferred.

Summary:

Provide services for the facility and residents under the supervision of the Charge Nurse / Director of Nursing.

Requirements for Consideration include:

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.

• Practical knowledge of day-to-day laundry care in a long-term care, assisted living facility.

• Must have current/active CPR Certification.

• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.

• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.

• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
