Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $21 - $27 / hour . Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

Managed by Ebenezer, our community will provide independent senior living, assisted living and memory care. We offer an age-in place model, where our residents choose apartments and services based on their needs.

We are looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would be responsible for providing personal cares and designated health related services to improve and/or maintain the senior residents' physical and emotional well-being. Will also get trained to pass medications. NO CNA required, unless under 18 years old.

This caregiver schedule includes;

• 64 hours every two weeks, full-time

• Overnight Shift ; Shift differential

• Every other weekend Friday/Saturday and holiday rotation

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.

• Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.

• May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.

• Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff

• Assists with onboarding of new staff

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.

• Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population

• CNA certificated if under 18

Other Required Skills:

• Ability to read, write, and speak English

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

• High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
