Maintaining a high degree of resident, family, and guest satisfaction and retention through consistent delivery of high-quality services. Effectively and appropriately communicating with each co-worker and community leader. Assisting residents with performance of activities as indicated in their care plan.

Assisting in developmental and revision in our resident's care plans by informing the department leader of resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches. Continuously maintaining knowledge of the policy and procedures of Aviva Senior Living. Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Regular and predictable attendance daily. Requirements: Skilled in caring for residents with memory impairments and secondary diagnosis. Ability to work with the elderly in a courteous and friendly manner, demonstrating patience and compassion.
