Havenwood of Onalaska Managed by Walker Methodist seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant (RA) to provide hands-on personal care to meet each resident's needs according to their individual care plan and under the direction of a nurse.

Available Schedule:

• Part-Time, NOC shift - 20 hours per week

• Schedules include every other weekend

• $2.00 Shift Differential for NOC!

Minimum qualifications:

• Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships

• Previous experience in healthcare environment

• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems

• Ability to work independently to meet individual client needs

• High school diploma or equivalent
