Eligible for Additional Compensation based on Sales, Closings and Net Attrition

Monday through Friday with occasional evenings or weekends as needed for rotating weekend coverage or special marketing/sales events

The Heritage at Brentwood is currently seeking an exempt, full-time a Residency & Sales Counselor to manage sales and closing activities for our premier Life Care Plan community located o 48 acres in Brentwood, TN. This position works with the Marketing & Sales team to meet and exceed expectations from inquiry to residency by effective representation, negotiation, and promotion of the community as a senior living option to consumers and influencers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages the sales process from initial inquiry to residency

  • Effectively promotes the community and facilitates the process by understanding the needs of the potential resident and making recommendations based on key information provided

  • Negotiates obstacles and issues by understanding client needs and collaborating with community management

  • Effectively responds to new inquiries in a timely manner and independently manages prospects to ensure timely follow through is maintained in accordance with designated timeframes

  • Utilizes SalesForce, C3LinkDSPIs, and other sales resources to input data, manage assigned lead base, set goals, diagnose areas of strength, and areas needing improvement

  • Understands and articulately represents all documents related to residency, including Residency Agreement, Disclosure Statement, and other in an ethical and legal manner

  • Implements and utilizes best practices for promoting Extraordinary Impressions and SalesFIRST initiatives

  • Generates adequate presentation through various sales processes, including phone calls, referrals, E-mail, home visits, marketing events, etc.

  • Participates in marketing events as directed

  • Serves as an effective member of the marketing and sales team

  • Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, finances or equivalent preferred

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales preferred

  • Experience with Continuing Care Retirement/Life Plan Communities preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Solid presentation skills in both small and large groups

  • Strong sales and closing skills
