Hiring Range: $17.55/hour - $22.74/hour
This position provides administrative support for the Office of Residence Life. Works with students, families, staff and faculty in order to help support student success and retention.
This is a part-time position with a schedule of 20-25 hours per week hours per week. Standard office hours are Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
Answer phones, faxes, e-mails from students, families, staff, faculty and community members
Assist students and families with housing questions
Oversees the housing application process, including designing and updating the application annually, assisting students and families with the application, processing incomplete and complete applications and data tracking
Assigns and manage housing and meal plan status and charges
Performs purchasing activities and act as budget and travel liaison for Residence Life
Works closely with campus partners, including the Business Office, Answer Center, Financial Aid, Student Engagement, Summer Conferences and Athletics
Maintains department data including occupancy, enrollment, payment issues, and resident records
Extensive use of Jotform - creation, maintenance and management of forms
Manages Residence Life social media accounts
Maintain and develop web content on Residence Life homepage
Assists in the creation of marketing materials and flyers for the residence halls
Runs and manage reports using Cognos
Works with several college systems, including Banner, ResLife Portal, Cascade, Cognos, M-Files, 25 Live, Adobe Sign, Office 365, and Jotform
Other related duties as assigned

Minimum Expectations & Requirements
Associate's degree required.
A minimum of two years of office experience.
Exceptional customer service skills including oral and written communication skills
Moderate to high level of technical and computer skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with students, faculty, staff, and the public
Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines
Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
Ability to work independently under general supervision
Preferred Skills & Abilities
Bachelor's degree preferred
Work experience in a community college/higher education work environment
