CVS is leading the market in the development of multiple new store formats that better serve local communities across our 8,000+ locations. The Director of Reset Execution is a new role that would be responsible for ensuring that these formats are rolled out flawlessly across all aspects including construction, fixturing, signage, merchandising, inventory and store operations. This role would suit someone a proven track record and passion for retail execution, ideally in store design.
The candidate selected for this position will be a proven leader that is able to drive impact and change across the organization. This person will also need to be a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, high-energy individual who can easily function in a high demand, performance-driven environment. He/she must be accustomed to working on multiple tasks in parallel. effectively and succinctly, both verbally and on paper in order to influence others and provide leadership updates as appropriate.
8+ year of professional experience in a retail operations
A minimum of five years of execution experience ideally in a retail environment. This person must understand the complex, multi-faceted aspects that go into delivering a store format.
5+ year of CVS Health experience
