The Reservation Sales Learning and Development Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of revenue optimization by working with key stakeholders to promote meaningful connections with every guest contact and each colleague interaction.
Creates and maintains reservations sales onboarding program, including timelines and materials for both Experience Planners and Miraval Advisors.
Creates and maintains all Standard Operating Procedures for Reservations Sales department.
Creates and maintains all Checklists for Reservations Sales department.
Creates and facilities team trainings to further development after onboarding.
Manage the Ambassador Program during peak season collecting and compiling new updates from different departments which is facilitated by the Experience Planner.
Works with Spa and Program Department heads to plan team trainings regarding new programming and services.
When necessary, will work with manager to create and help facilitate development plans for an Experience Planner.
Conducts Phone interviews for prospective candidates for Experience Planners.
Be present and contribute to weekly Reservations Leadership meeting.
Be present and contribute to monthly scoring calibration calls for Experiencing Planners.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
