The Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Reservations (CORE) Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The Reservations (CORE) Manager reports to the Director of Rooms. Work authorization for the location is required.

About the Role:

The Reservations (CORE) Manager oversees the internal hub of the hotel combining Reservations, In Room Dining and PBX functions. This one stop shop is designed to ensure a seamless guest experience. This person must also be comfortable attending and contributing to forecast and strategy meetings and acting upon direction as necessary. This can include forecasting, inventory management, promotion creation, liaising with hotel partners as well as administrative tasks such as performance reviews for the team, payroll submission as well as commission payment and follow up.

This role will be responsible for ensuring availability and rates are in parity through all booking channels and will contribute towards all areas of the department business. We are looking for an experienced professional with previous and relevant supervisory experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the internal hub of the hotel, ensuring seamless coordination between Reservations, In-Room Dining, and PBX functions.

  • Attend and contribute to forecast and strategy meetings, actively implementing directives as needed, including forecasting, inventory management, and promotion creation.

  • Conduct performance reviews, manage payroll submissions, and oversee commission payments for the team.

  • Ensure availability and rates are consistent across all booking channels, contributing to departmental business objectives.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective guests, handling incoming calls, providing information, and securing reservations.

  • Enhance the pre-arrival experience and ensure a seamless stay for guests throughout their visit.

  • Manage communication channels, including the hotel's phone and communications systems, to uphold the hotel's reputation.

  • Provide general information about the hotel and assist callers, including responding to emergencies and connecting individuals as needed.

  • Oversee all incoming guest requests and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of accommodations, orders, and requests according to Four Seasons Standards.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities.

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant supervisory experience.

  • High analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  • Familiarity with labor laws is desirable.

  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to a flexible schedule, including different shifts and weekends.

Base Salary: 90,000.00 - $100,000.00
