What you'll be doing in this role
A Reservations Agent is responsible for providing a warm and impressionable sales experience to guests calling to make room, dining and activity reservations for the hotel.
Guest-Facing Service Management
Answer all incoming calls and email correspondence
Provide guests with hotel facility information and answer questions relating to the hotel and local area.
Employee Relations
General/Miscellaneous
Ensure in quality of guest experience.
Perform any other additional tasks pertaining to the day-to-day operations of the department.
