What you'll be doing in this role

A Reservations Agent is responsible for providing a warm and impressionable sales experience to guests calling to make room, dining and activity reservations for the hotel.

Guest-Facing Service Management

• Answer all incoming calls and email correspondence

• Provide guests with hotel facility information and answer questions relating to the hotel and local area.

Employee Relations

• Communicate professionally and regularly with internal departments.

General/Miscellaneous

• Ensure in quality of guest experience.

• Perform any other additional tasks pertaining to the day-to-day operations of the department.

• Must be available hours of operation for specific department: 8am to 7pm Sunday through Saturday.
