Looking to fill a position in a Comprehensive Cancer Center laboratory under the direction of Dr. Wing Chan and Dr. Lapo Alinari. This position will focus on the development and testing our new cellular therapies including CAR-T/NK cells in vitro and in preclinical mouse model of lymphomas and leukemia. The projects will include both basic and translational approaches.
Additional Information:
This job will include:
Performing a variety of molecular biology techniques, including protein/DNA/RNA isolations, Western blots, PCR techniques, etc.
Flow cytometry and cell sorting, including spectral flow
Cell culture techniques, including primary cell culture and generating new cell lines
Processing a variety of mouse tissues and blood samples
Data analysis and other statistical techniques
Minimum Education Required
Starting salary for this position: $15.29/hourly
