POSITION INFORMATION: Ensures quality and receipt of Clinical Study Kits, responsible for stocking treatment rooms/carts, taking inventory, ordering medical supplies, cleaning equipment, manages study kits, ordering, sorting, unpacking, breakdown and destruction of expired kits. Maintains study kit destruction logs, prepares shipments and reports, and maintains inventory for Research and Clinical Trials in the Phase I Program.


  • Study Kit Management. Manages the ordering, inventory, stocking, preparing for study monitor visits, destruction of expired research kits.

  • Quality Assurance. Ensures the quality of shipments. Examines merchandise for damages, and ensures the correct number was shipped. Verifies correct shipments by comparing the purchase order description to bill of lading description. Signs acceptance of orders. Notifies appropriate personnel of problems with damaged merchandise or incorrect shipments.

  • Shipment Preparation. Prepares bills of lading for outgoing merchandise and prepares merchandise for shipment. Keeps appropriate records for outgoing merchandise.

  • Report Preparation. Prepares receiving reports to route merchandise received to the proper location. Maintains quality logs.

  • Inventory Maintenance. Inventories supplies and recommends re-ordering of merchandise. Manages study supplies and organizes to include stocking and study equipment updates.

  • As Needed. Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.

Education: High school diploma or GED


  • Ability to keep accurate records of inventory.

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to listen and understand the duties to perform.

  • Ability to troubleshoot any supply or order issues.

  • Ability to reason and identify when there is a problem and discuss with the supervisor.


  • Proficient on Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Warehouse or shipping and receiving experience.

  • Quality assurance experience.

  • Inventory or supply management experience.

  • Great typing skills.

VIEW JOBS 10/20/2020 12:00:00 AM 2021-01-18T00:00 POSITION INFORMATION: Plans, directs, or coordinates clinical oncology research projects, directs the activities of workers engaged in clinical oncology research projects to ensure compliance with protocols and overall clinical objectives, evaluates and analyzes clinical data. Under general supervision, perform independently and as an entry-level professional. Duties require a general understanding of research concepts, guidelines, principles and practice. Performs duties within established programs, policies and guidelines. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: * Patient Recruitment and Scheduling. Identifies, recruits, and schedules patients who may be eligible to participate in the oncology clinical research program. * Assessment. Performs the initial assessment of potential patient participants, including but not limited to taking detailed clinical history, performing physical exam, and completing patient data forms. * Testing and Training. Conducts research tests and supervises exercise training sessions. * Information Distribution. Provides potential patient participants with study information. Obtains informed consent forms. * Clinical Resource. Acts as the initial clinical resource and liaison between physicians, nurses, and laboratory personnel. * Data Management. Responsible for data management and data analysis. Ensures data entry is accurate and completed in a timely manner. * Follow-Up. Responsible for the initiation, organization, and handling of patient follow-up. Assesses and analyzes patient monitor data at all follow-up visits. May oversee the conduct of home-based patient training programs. * Meeting Attendance. May attend various meetings pertaining to the oncology clinical research program. May present information at the meeting. * Personnel Supervision. Assumes lead role to ensure adherence to protocol. Directs and evaluates the work of research personnel. Trains and schedules workloads of employees. * As Needed. Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position. Education: Bachelor's Degree in a Health Profession such as Physical Science, Biological Science, Registered Nurse, or Physician Assistants Experience: 24 months of clinical practice, nursing, or research program coordination experience Certifications/ Licenses: Oklahoma State Licensure is required for Nurses and Physician Assistants Equivalent/ Substitution: Will accept 48 months of equivalent experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree for a total of 72 months related experience Skills: * Knowledge of protocol guidelines, principles, and practices. * Must have a high level of organizational skills. * Ability to exercise discretion. * Ability to ask the right questions to determine proper course of action while following established standards. * Ability to learn and function under different situations/circumstances. * Must work independently and as a team member. * Ability to handle stressful situations and solve problems. * Proficient on Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
