WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an entry-level Ph.D. researcher trained in Molecular Biology with 0-4 years of industry experience to join our growing company and focus on molecular biology to support antibody discovery, optimization and characterization for oncology programs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or a closely-related discipline with post-graduate or industrial experience in molecular biology, antibody evaluation and characterization.
Proficiency in molecular biology techniques including cloning, PCR, gene synthesis design and assembly, mutagenesis and sequence analysis is required
Prior experience with protein chemistry, antibodies, ELISA, protein engineering, antibody display formats or antibody stability preferred
Prior experience with mammalian cell-based assays, including binding assays, functional assays or immunoprecipitation, will be a plus
Proven track record of scientific innovation as reflected by publications and/or patents
The successful candidate should be creative, possess good oral and written skills, good documentation and organizational practices, work independently and communicate and collaborate in an interdisciplinary team environment
