Our client, A world leading audio streaming service, is looking to hire a Research Operations Associate to join their team in New York City!

This opening is a 6 month long contract position, with the opportunity for extension or conversion

In this role, you will be responsible for research logistics, team communication, and aligning the Growth Opportunities Insights team's efforts with broaden company initiatives. You will be needed to work alongside a range of researchers across the team to help improve processes, including user research, data science, market research, and growth strategy.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support the Insights team across the entire research lifecycle (planning, executing, and sharing insights from research)

  • Ensure alignment around the Insights roadmap and tracking progress towards objectives

  • Define and manage the rhythm and operations of Growth Opportunities insights

  • Manage the teams budget and calendar; to ensure efficiency and alignment across efforts

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 2+ years of experience in an insights and/or operations role

  • Strong experience and interest in research methodologies

  • Experience working in an operationally-driven role, such as budget management, resource allocation, etc.

  • Effective at building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

The Offer

  • Competitive Pay: Up to $40/hr, DOE
  • Contract Duration: 6 months
