Job Summary:
This position will be in Dr. Minoli Perera's lab.
Manages daily operations of a research lab including regulatory filing, ordering, student training, overall lab inventory, clinical study management, sample processing and coordination, monitors lab performance by students, analyzes and reviews results, and supervises development and implementation of new protocols, documentation and organization of lab files. This position will assign work and supervise lab personnel and reviews technical operations ensuring that all processes, protocols and procedures are quality controlled and functioning up to standards. This position will develop, implement and administer budgets, grant and administrative procedures. Opportunities to co-authors scientific papers for presentation and publication and coordinates writing, submission and administration of grants. Opportunities to mentor summer students

Target hiring range for this position will be between $56,782 to $79,850 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data
