The Water Solutions business in DuPont has an exciting opportunity to work on product and process development in our Reverse Osmosis and Nanofiltration R&D organization located in Edina, Minnesota. Under minimal guidance, conducts experiments, complex technical operations, or information search/analysis projects and optimizes and interprets methodologies and analysis and suggests experiments or alternative approaches. Recognizes erroneous or unexpected results, interprets and analyzes results and makes suggestions based on their analysis and conclusions. Interprets and analyzes results, makes suggestions on path forward and contributes to formulating work plans and managing daily workflow. Independently adapts new methodology to current projects.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Safe operation and stewardship of the lab.

  • Active participation in department and site safety initiatives.

  • Write and maintain standard operating procedures and safety documentation and effectively utilize MOC processes.

  • Operate and maintain existing laboratory equipment and design and set up new equipment as needed.

  • Assist and participate in the inventive process with other professionals, providing technical solutions in the development of new membranes, modules, manufacturing processes and test methods.

  • Utilize knowledge and skills to independently plan, prepare and execute hands-on experimental work, analyze and interpret data, and suggest modifications.

  • Maintain, organize and summarize results of experiments using notebook entries, regulatory documentation, data analysis, technical reports, etc.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as math and computer skills.

  • Demonstrated computer skills using PC-based applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Broad theoretical grounding and understanding of engineering fundamentals.

  • Demonstrated competency in planning projects and multitasking.

  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting established deadlines.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent

  • 0-3 years of experience in a research or manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to work in a laboratory and manufacturing environment.

Our Enterprise Information Security team is looking for a strong cyber security professional to join our Cyber Security Defense and Monitoring Team. This role will involve performing cutting-edge research on new attack vectors, techniques, and tactics. This role will emulate adversarial attacks in order to provide information to Wells Fargo Lines of Business with the overall goal of providing knowledge of indicators or compromise and TTP (Tools, Tactics, and Procedures) to other teams. Team member will be creating attack chains and will explain how combining different weaknesses can result in higher impact. This team member must be able to utilize complex hacking tools, create proof of concept exploits, and document attack chains so they can be re-created and defensive tactics developed for them. Research, analyze, design, test, and implement complex technologies, systems, and applications. Reports to the Cyber Threat Management – Offensive Security Research Team and works closely with teams in a purple team capacity. Focus of this role will be to perform device testing and offensive testing.
