About the Job

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

85% - Study Coordination: recruit potential participants; assist in determining participant eligibility; assess study-related needs, provide input to facilitate implementation, perform protocol-required tests and procedures, maintain accurate and complete study records, maintain a safe physical environment for research participants, and act as liaison between Principal Investigator, Research Support Manger, University departments, outside sponsors, clinical partners and collaborators

15% - Assist with administrative duties

This position will require extension collaboration and coordination on recruitment, data collection, and biospecimen collection from external sites and remote participants.

Qualifications

All required qualifications must be included in the application materials

Required Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in a health-related field plus at least two (2) years of work experience in research setting or a combination of related education and work experience to equal six (6) years

  • Experience with recruiting study participants including obtaining required documentation

  • Ability to work collaboratively with external clinical sites

  • Ability to complete remote assessments

  • Ability to make decisions, problem solve and prioritize clinical research duties

  • Organized with excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with regulatory processes
