Job Title: Research Compliance Specialist

Job Description

The Research Compliance Specialist reviews, adjusts, and reports on clinical trials charges and claims representing research. This role involves close collaboration with Patient Financial Services (PFS), Registration, Ancillary hospital departments, and third parties. The specialist ensures that research charges are accurately posted in compliance with Medicare's Clinical Trial Policy, federal regulations, and pharmaceutical/third party contracts. Additionally, this role assists in managing the day-to-day operations of research finance.

Hard Skills

• Experience navigating EPIC

• Digital accounts management for patients

• Knowledge of research and Medicare coverage analysis

• CTMS experience

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Hackensack, New Jersey and some days remote.
