The Senior Research Associate will spearhead preclinical projects, conduct cell-based assays for therapy mechanism studies, and evaluate drugs in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Primary Job Responsibilities: Conduct and analyze complex immunological assays to advance scientific discovery within our groundbreaking research.

Enhance research capabilities through the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of diverse assays. Ensure laboratory excellence by maintaining rigorous cell culture practices, precise documentation, and proactive laboratory management. Primary Job Requirements:

Seek BS/MS in biological science or immunology with 3-5 years of experience, ideally in immunology, cancer research, or nanoparticle delivery. Proficient in immunological assays (ELISA, flow cytometry, western blotting), with skills in flow cytometry panel design and Lumit assays. Experienced in immune cell isolation, especially using immuno-magnetic beads and familiar with dendritic cells, T cells, and Benchling software.
