Our client is an amazing place - we exist to apply our deep knowledge of human genetics to empower a revolution in biomedicine and accelerate the pace at which the world conquers disease. Embedded within the Center for the Development of Therapeutics (CDoT) is a highly collaborative organization of professional scientists.
Our mission is to translate the deep biological insights originating from the community into impactful drug discovery projects. We connect faculty from MIT, Harvard, and the Harvard teaching hospitals together with industry partners to execute exciting drug discovery projects. We combine our expertise in drug discovery with the knowledge and unique capabilities of our client to address a wide range of disease areas including oncology, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, psychiatric disorders, infectious disease, and rare diseases.
Our goal is to embrace our client's culture of creativity and open sharing to de-risk therapeutic hypotheses, validate new targets, and advance new therapies that will improve human health. Our clients is committed to increasing the diversity across the institute. Candidates who have experience working with a diverse range of staff and who can contribute to the climate of belonging and inclusivity are encouraged to identify their skills in these areas when applying.
