Position Summary: BioPhase is seeking a motivated and skilled Research Associate I/II to support laboratory research activities for a life sciences client. This is a temporary position with the potential for hire.

The selected candidate will contribute to critical research efforts involving molecular biology techniques, sample processing, and data analysis. Responsibilities: Conduct laboratory-based research, including RNA extraction, qPCR, and other molecular biology techniques. Perform small rodent handling and surgical procedures (if experienced). Process tissue samples and analyze experimental data.

Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation. Collaborate with team members to meet project goals in a fast-paced research environment. Requirements: B.S./M.S. degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques is strongly preferred. Experience with rodent handling or surgery is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
