Colleen Macklin is seeking a producer to assist with Fun Games with Serious People: a new university-supported podcast and streaming series where invited guests play a game together, and through the game, talk about issues in the real world. Each episode, special guests play a game with host Colleen Macklin and discuss the connections (and disconnections) between the game and their own work, research, and perspectives on social and political issues.

The Producer should be interested in podcast and video series production, and will work directly with Macklin and the lead Audio/Video Engineer to prepare for the recording of each episode and booking guests for the show. Some experience in either live streaming, podcast production, or video production is desired, to assist the Lead A/V Engineer. Well be trying out a few different recording methods in the early fall, with actual recording and production happening in the Winter and Spring.

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement between SENS-UAW, Local 7902 and the University.
