Job Description:

We are hiring a key member of the robotics and Mobility Research team to fulfill the role of planning, coordination and orchestration for both technical projects and business operations.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding technical project management experience; demonstrated business process knowhow; strong work coordination and issue resolution capability; and passion for teamwork and collaboration with both internal and external parties. The ideal candidate will also possess leadership skills of orchestration of multiple work streams to achieve a shared objective in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multimillion-dollar budget.

  • Manage technical projects

  • Manage internal/external communication

  • Coordinate with business offices in the organization for information collection and dissemination

  • Develop cross-departmental team relationship

  • Support large scale, multi-year research projects

  • Develop and maintain both internal and external collaboration and partnerships Orchestration of multiple work streams to achieve a shared objective in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

  • Support general departmental administrative needs

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent degree in engineering

  • 10+ years of technical program management experiences

  • 3+ years of Microsoft office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters of Business Administration

  • Demonstrated strong problem solving, team building, and leadership skills.

  • Experience working with global, virtual teams using collaborative team efforts.

  • Proven record of delivering expected results in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong project planning and project management skills.

  • Strong self-motivation

  • Team player attitude

  • Experiences of working for Fortune 500 companies

  • Experiences of managing automotive tech projects, especially AV programs

  • Experience with embedded software programming

  • Knowledge and experiences of agile software development process

  • Demonstrated strong problem solving, team building, and leadership skills.
