We're looking for a research analyst to join our ranks. This is a unique opportunity to design and conduct research that improves services and experiences for thousands of financial advisors nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying and executing the best methodologies for research projects to help us understand the wide range of needs across multiple types of advisors
Partnering with product managers to identify research methodologies and conduct research projects for product and service enhancements
Conducting advisor interviews and analyzing qualitative data
Leading quantitative research projects and analyzing survey data
Using quantitative and qualitative data to develop actionable insights
Facilitating fact-finding and workshop sessions with stakeholders
Developing dashboards and reporting tools
Directing journey mapping research and deliverables
Connecting data, interviews, and industry trends to facilitate next-generation advisor services
Conducting and preparing presentations on segmentation and persona research
Using storytelling and data visualizations to build creative, clear, and compelling graphics and presentations
Core Strengths and Skills
5-7 years of research experience
Demonstrated ability to identify actionable insights from research
Excellent data visualization and presentation building skills
Understanding of appropriate uses of quantitative and qualitative methods
Expertise with Qualtrics and survey design
Working knowledge of data analysis and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, SPSS, etc.)
Strong project management skills
Experience with customer journey mapping a plus
Experience in financial services industry a plus
