Vision: To create the most dominant property data platform in the U.S. that our business can trust as its primary source for market intelligence without material dependence on third party data sources


Is typically a data visualization and/or data programming expert, with minimal data collection responsibilities (although maybe required to oversee data collection work performed by one or more Data Analysts)

Delivers and updates standard and bespoke data dashboards on Tableau, Power BI, Dimension and other visualization tools to enhance ROI of available data to producers and market leaders

Uses data programming skills (SQL, Alteryx, R, Python) to automate data audits as well as routine processes to fill data gaps

May be pulled in to deliver and present data dashboards at the point of sale

Engages the Data Analyst(s) as needed for special projects

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Geography, and a minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.


Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.


Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents and summarize graphically and in writing. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.


Ability to handle and manipulate large amounts of data.

Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office.

Possess a positive work attitude and ability to work in a team environment.


Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.

Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day support of primarily quantitative but also qualitative opinion research projects for various global clients * Prepare and monitor quantitative data collection * Prepare and manage qualitative research recruitment and focus group coordination * Clean, code, and manage survey datasets * Conduct data processing and analysis including frequencies, cross-tabulation, and significance testing * Visualize data insights using charts, graphs and tables and develop reports in PowerPoint * Ensure data and reporting quality * Use digital research tools to analyze the conversation landscape and identify target audiences and influencers Qualifications * At least 1-2 years of relevant experience * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field * Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills * Proficient with SPSS, R or other comparable statistical programs * Working knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics, strong analytical skills * Familiarity with digital and social media research tools such as Quid, Affinio, Brandwatch or other similar programs * Able to multi-task, strong time management and organizational skills * Excellent written and oral skills and the ability to communicate within an organization Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have an interest in working on studies related to health care, health policy, reputation management or public affairs issues management.
