The Apple Worldwide Channel Research team is seeking a talented and experienced Research Analyst. Our team conduct research on customer experience around the world, providing actionable insights to internal partners so they can make informed decisions.

You will be responsible for supporting ongoing research studies in Apple's indirect sales channel and analyzing results. You work closely with other team members, cross-functional business partners, and vendors to deliver research findings and actionable insights to teams across Apple.
Background in customer experience research, customer satisfaction research, or other behavioral research
Understanding of study design including randomization, sample size requirements, and basic survey writing principles
Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills
Strong background in multivariate statistics and significant experience using SPSS or other statistical software
Ability to analyze and interpret results, as well as articulate the implications of findings
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience presenting research findings to diverse audiences
Successful in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle projects with competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
Experience with Tableau a plus
