This impactful opportunity will be providing project support within The Center for Research and Analytics (CENTRA) at ASCO as a Research Administrator.

Responsibilities
Contribute to several CENTRA programs and projects by developing and maintaining timelines, tracking action items and deliverables, and facilitating execution.
Support CENTRA publication and presentation efforts by conducting literature reviews, creating outlines, facilitating content development and reviews, developing figures, documenting references and other related tasks as needed.
Contribute to research projects by organizing and transcribing focus groups and interviews, developing, programming, and testing of surveys and supporting data analysis efforts.
Serve as the department Culture Ambassador and oversee onboarding/offboarding by collaborating with HR, CENTRA leadership and hiring managers, developing and maintaining supporting materials and scheduling and conducting meetings.
Support the CENTRA department overall including organizing team meetings and retreats, documenting and implementing SOPs, maintaining the CENTRA Sharepoint page, creating tools and trackers, and other tasks as needed.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
3 - 4 years of program and project administration experience
Experience with volunteer engagement, publication support and SOP documentation
Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.
Preferred Education and Experience
Certified Research Administration designation
Experience working in healthcare research, particularly cancer research
Experience working on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, including written, and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Self-motivated and self-managed with proven skills to use initiative and be proactive to deliver results
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in work product

Strong time-management skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and competing priorities and deadlines

ADA/Physical Requirements
Extended periods seated or standing at a desk.
High use of computer and other office technology equipment.
