Liberty is now accepting applications for a full-time "Request Processing Supervisor" position.
This position is based at Liberty's office located at 5540 Centerview Drive in Raleigh, NC.
Liberty Healthcare Corporation of North Carolina provides independent assessments and related administrative services for the North Carolina Medicaid Personal Care Services program for the State of North Carolina's Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medical Assistance. Liberty assesses Medicaid recipients and determines their eligibility to receive home-based Medicaid personal care services - due to a physical disability, cognitive impairment, or chronic medical condition. Additionally, Liberty accepts and processes requests to initiate services from medical practitioners.
The Request Processing Supervisor fulfills a key function with the program and is responsible for:
Overseeing the program's system for processing a high volume of referral requests
Managing a process which includes sending technical denials, provider change notifications, and adverse decision notices to recipients, physicians and providers
Leading a team of approximately nine Request Processors within a call center environment
Troubleshooting and resolving complex requests and issues
Providing technical assistance and training
Ensuring high quality customer service is provided to all physician and service recipient clients

You're a good fit for this position if you possess the following attributes:
Management experience ideally within a call center
Proven ability to successfully lead a team in a productivity driven environment
Outstanding writing skills and a high degree of computer proficiency
Outstanding interpersonal, communication and problem resolution skills
Bachelor's degree (significant relevant work experience may serve as a substitute)
