Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for all aspects of the site reprographics functions as well as having direct interaction with customers on a daily basis.
Responsible for operating digital network printing devices to provide quality quick printing services for a variety of customer requirements. Accountable for all aspects of jobs produced on equipment.
Operate Color and B/W digital printers to image documents in quantities requested; monitor quality within the site; check to ensure quality of the output.
Operation and manipulation of Network interface.
Read information on the job ticket to determine operations and specifications to be performed on the job; interpret work requests for printing to determine type, size, and color of paper required arrangement of document, number of copies and imposition.
Check color consistency on the Color Printer; check B/W toner density consistency on the B/W printers. Troubleshoot jams and perform normal Key Operator preventative maintenance on equipment.
Monitor usage of materials and supplies and order as necessary to maintain effective levels.
Record daily production; must be able to meet production goals.
Operate bindery and finishing equipment including laminator, cutter, punch, binders, staplers, etc.
Complete job tickets with minimal instructions
Maintain all logs and reporting documentation as required, attention to detail.
Perform daily checks on walk up convenience copiers throughout building complex.
Handle maintenance of the print and bindery devices; maintain a clean, organized work place.
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in high volume, production environment
Maintain highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude at all times
Must be willing to work an 8 hour shift to provide coverage during co-worker absences.
Understand and adhere to all safety procedures.

Essential functions of position require:
Standing for long periods of time (possibly entire shift) and significant walking.
Required to lift maximum range of 55 lbs.
Print copy jobs for our clients via submission by hard copy and/or electronically. Ensure that all the job submissions are completed by the requested due date
Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Experience with various hardware platforms including PCs, servers, scanners, printers, and MFDs.
Demonstrated communication skills both oral and written
Intermediate computer skills required
Must be self-motivated and capable of working in a high-pressured environment
Must be able to read, write, and comprehend job instructions and interact with customers frequently
Ability to communicate efficiently with clients regarding copy/print/finishing implementation and updates on current status
2-3 years of experience in a reprographics center preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
Monday Friday, 20 Hours/Week, 8:00 am 12::00 pm or 1:00 - 5:00 pm
