Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Representative, Inside Sales to join our team at the Parsippany- 22 Sylvan Way location in Parsippany, New Jersey.Job SummaryThis positions primary purpose is to generate leads that progress to prospective franchise applications.*
  • Representatives will support conversion opportunities and new construction opportunities. * Position supports an assigned region (dotted line to SVP of each region but is a direct report to Sr. Manager of lead generation)This position will support inside sales functions that support the generation of prospective leads. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collaboration with field RVPs, relationship management, communication with potential and existing customers, qualify inquires and assist in forecasting activity.

What You'll Do The Inside Sales/Business Development position responsible for researching target companies, identifying relevant individuals at those businesses, acquiring contact details, and contacting them with personalized messaging to generate and qualify new business leads. Once a lead is established, they will handle transitioning the lead to our sales network. * Develop and nurture prospect organizations and introduce them to the Provenir sales team * Conduct a needs analysis and determine a prospect's pain points and drive towards generating a lead and ultimately, an opportunity * Build relationships with key decision makers Hand off "warm" or qualified leads to Sales * Research all available resources (e.g., LinkedIn, web, google alerts etc.) to improve and increase our database * Manage data for new and prospective clients in, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate * Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and re-using content in lead nurturing process * Revisit prior campaigns to contact previous leads and initiate new conversations * Participate in weekly sales team meeting and brief sales team before calls to ensure engagement and transparency Whats Required Education: BS in Business Management, Marketing, Computer Science, or any related field preferred Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development and lead generation, successfully prospecting and self-generating leads.
