Greet and help patients by scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and answering telephone calls and inquiries Optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling Communicate with the Doctor and Office Manager of scheduling changes and updates Verify patient insurance records and obtain authorizations for services Maintain office inventory and equipment by ordering necessary supplies Job Requirements: High School Diploma 1-2 years of Customer Service experience Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle and diffuse patient complaints and disagreements Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual English/Spanish (if requested)
