In this role, you will work directly with the Fleet Coach (Client Relationship Manager to train the Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) on our billing systems and leasing services. You will also support the Fleet Coach in answering follow up questions from the DSPs regrading billing and leasing services. This is a fast-growing area of our business and a very exciting time to be a part of it.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for servicing assigned customer accounts/portfolios.
Works with clients to train on bill structure, reconcile account disputes, research and performs analysis, summaries or consolidations to resolve complex billing issues.
Review accounts monthly related to late fee charges and determines if applicable.
Work with upstream departments to resolve issues and provide customers with billing support to help them understand charges. (new to AR (non-cash))
Follows a defined escalation process when unable to reconcile account through normal channels with urgency to decrease aging receivables. (new to BR)
Processes write-offs, journal entries and check requests/refunds. (new to BR)
Handle customer and internal audits. (new to AR (non-cash)
Inputs billing information into client portal (for some clients). (new to AR(non-cash)
Creates statement of accounts and payment histories. Manages Default process as needed. (new to BR)
Other duties as assigned, including backing-up team members, providing training within the organization regarding day to day work and special projects.
Works with customers (Delivery Service Provider) team to train on billing structure and processes. Resolve collections issues and decrease aging receivables.
HS Diploma or equivalent required.
Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in customer service or account managements
BA/BS degree in business, finance or related field preferred
B2B experience strongly preferred.
Data Query experience helpful
