What you will do
Processes paperwork associated with customer account maintenance that may include insurance claim review, vehicle titling, auditing funding documents and letter generation
Accurately notate and update customer accounts in company account management systems
Evaluate and execute follow-up steps for problem resolution based on account data, policies, and procedures
Work directly with team members, other departments, and store locations to resolve questions/concerns
Perform all the above timely and accurately in compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines
Keep the company running at optimal performance
Behind every successful theatrical production, there is an extensive behind-the-scenes operation that makes sure things go smoothly even after the curtains close. At CarMax Auto Finance, the Administrative Servicing team is part of that backstage crew. Administrative Servicing Representatives work closely together as a team to ensure account maintenance tasks are handled expeditiously for CarMax Auto Finance customers. It takes a keen attention to detail, combined with solid decision-making and communication skills, to ensure that each transaction is accurate, timely, compliant and without error. The environment is fast-paced, yet pleasant and the work is structured, yet varied in nature.
Qualifications and requirements
High school diploma or GED and/or 6 months related administrative experience
Ability to prioritize work and multi-task to meet multiple deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate with others effectively via phone
Basic computer and math skills
