We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Reports Analyst.

Position Summary:

This position will be a member of the Epic Clarity Reports team dedicated to the design and development of reports and analytics solutions for our Clinically Integrated Network.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform analysis, development, and testing of complex clinical and analytical reports and analytics with minimal supervision;

  • Perform thorough testing and QA on new reports and changes to existing reports to deliver high-quality solutions;

  • Recommend appropriate tools and solutions based on depth of reporting and technology expertise;

  • Design and develop high-efficiency reports solutions based on end-user requirements;

  • Understand Epic EMR front and backend workflows as they relate to the report requests;

  • Interact and communicate well at all levels of the organization;

  • Engage in intra- and inter-departmental collaboration

  • Work both independently and as part of a larger team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Proven track record of developing with Crystal Reports, WebI and SAP BusinessObjects suite report against Epic Clarity and Caboodle databases.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience is required that includes the design, develop, test and troubleshoot of Epic Clarity clinical, financial, and/or operational reports.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.

  • Epic Clarity certifications are a definitive plus and areas of preferred expertise are Ambulatory, Cadence, ASAP, ADT, Professional Billing.

  • Knowledge of Epic Reporting Workbench and Radar applications is also preferred.

  • Knowledge and experience of reports development though SAP Universes a definitive plus.

  • Experience with developing visualizations and dashboard in Tableau a plus.

This position applies technical, analytical and problem-solving skills to provide relevant, accurate and timely information for a portfolio of communities and investments. The SFA will be the lead for the annual budgeting process for the assigned portfolio. The SFA creates and maintains templates and reports for the annual budget review process. Prepares facility level schedules for executive leaders used in the annual budgeting process which involves meetings held in spring, summer and fall. Facilitates the training of facility budget administrators on the use of the budget software tool and works with facilities to solve problems encountered in the use of the budget software tool. Assists budget administrators and corporate executive management teams with understanding how to best utilize the information.
