Business Unit Description:
Our Risk Management teams work to protect the safety and soundness of our systems and are responsible for identifying, managing, measuring and mitigating a spectrum of key risk types including credit, market, liquidity, systemic, operational and technology in all existing and new products, activities, processes and systems.
The incumbent will support the Group Chief Risk Office in strategically managing the regulatory examination process of its Financial Operational Risk Management ("FORM") unit by supporting subject matter experts, including assisting on information requests prior to and during the examination period, and tracking examination-related data and deliverables.
Maintain regulatory requests and associated supporting response documentation in SharePoint environment
Prepare written summaries of meeting minutes from regulatory interactions
Collect regulatory and internal audit data and metrics, and generate related reporting (Excel)
Assists with document reviews and engages with management to ensure efficiency between and among internal and external stakeholders
Assist with quality review of data in response to regulatory requests to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submissions to regulators and/or internal regulatory regulations team
Work with various stakeholders to create, document, and evaluate action plans and remediation actions, including producing reports and developing presentations utilizing PowerPoint

Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
Paralegal certification strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Project Management Professional certification a plus
