  • This position must be located in Bellevue, WA. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in office.

The Performance Management team provides key reports and insights to the highest levels of New T-Mobile's Senior Leadership Team (SLT). We collaborate with many key stakeholders across the enterprise and provide solutions that enable leaders to effectively drive the business.

The Analyst role will join the effort to create the future-state performance management system for the SLT. Our solutions blend cloud-based data management (Azure / Snowflake), interactive dashboards (PowerBI / HTML), and automation tools (PowerAutomate / Python) to empower leaders with robust information in one single place. These world-class products help leaders at all levels deliver on key results. Our industry and leaders move fast, and you'll get to develop solutions that enable that growth.

The candidate will be an enthusiastic problem-solver with good attention to detail. You will support the production of key reports and will develop skills related to data staging / transformation and information visualization to build reports of your own. They should also be comfortable with Excel in order to assist with ad hoc reporting asks.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about building world-class dashboards and design. These products will be used by T-Mobile Executive Leaders to drive the business, so intuitive UX design, implemented flawlessly, is critical. They should possess good communication skills to relay ideas and share products, both to colleagues and leaders.

General Responsibilities:

  • Support the production of existing reports (PowerBI)

  • Maintain dashboards and support updates / changes

  • Build dashboards and technical solutions with guidance from senior team members. Reports will be pixel-perfect, so a good attention to detail and precision implementation is essential

  • Create data sets in SQL for frontend views. Data flows and views need be optimized for performance. Tables / views tested to ensure desired frontend UX / interactivity

  • Unlock the potential of process automation using PowerApps and Python

  • Enthusiasm to solve complex challenges

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years relevant work experience

  • High attention to detail

  • Positive growth mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a STEM field

  • Familiarity with a modern visualization application (Tableau, Power BI, etc)

  • Enthusiasm for innovation and design. T-Mobile is not only an industry leader but a champion of brand management. Magenta runs deep in our veins and we carry that sense of design into our dashboards

  • Experience managing ambiguity and challenging asks. Our tasks are complex, and will likely follow non-linear trajectories

  • Experience with Excel VBA / macros

  • Knowledge of PowerApps, Python, HTML

Washington Pay Range : $79,400.00 - $107,400.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
