Job Duties and Responsibilities

Dish Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Reporting Analyst II to join our team. The Analyst will provide data analyst and reporting support for the Wireless (NBIoT) Program Management staff.

Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

  • Build tools and reports to help program managers to meet NB-IoT program goals and metrics.

  • Prepare, produce, and validate daily, weekly, and monthly reports specifically to measure, monitor, and alert the PMs in cases of unforeseen spikes, dips, trend changes

  • Identify potential opportunities for process improvement and report automation using various methods, i.e. SSIS, SSRS, Tableau, external data sources, IT development, and execute changes to systems with little or no impact

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and fully understand processes and their impact on the overall business; analyze, identify, and implement potential process and systems enhancements to create efficiencies and reduce resource allocation for routine tasks, procedures, and reports; assist in the completion of projects and using discretion to determine the methods to meet established goals

  • Create ad-hoc reports as requested in a timely and accurate manner to provide actionable date to senior level manager and above both internal and external to the department

Skills - Experience and Requirements

A successful Reporting Analyst will have the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school, preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics, and 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 2+ years of experience with SQL, Specific to Netezza, Teradata, SQL Server a plus

  • 2+ years of experience with SSIS, SSRS, experience with Tableau a plus

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and work with Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP functions, and exposure to Macros

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with VBA for Office a plus

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common metrics used to measure and monitor operational performance, define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide clear and concise communication with a wide audience of internal departments

Job Duties and Responsibilities The RF Operations Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and tracking multiple NB-IoT projects completing construction through operational status. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple organizations including: OEMs, Deployment PMs, Construction Managers, RF Lab and Operations, ensuring all requirements have been met. Responsibilities fall in to following categories: * Ensures the timely delivery of entry criteria for installation, commissioning and integration. * Produces and tracks punch list items and coordinates with teams for resolution. * Quickly escalates issues with other departments where support is needed. * Ensures proper documentation is submitted by internal and external teams for timely close-out review. * Ensures full contractual obligations are met prior to site acceptance. * Engages internal teams & OEM with new issues and tracks for resolution and completion. * Develops and/or updates process flows and procedures to improve overall processes. * Anticipates resource needs based on project schedules and expected throughput. * Provides comprehensive updates to internal and external teams via regular status meetings/reports. Skills - Experience and Requirements A successful Program Manager will have: * BS or MS in Engineering or technical degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education. * Project/program management certification * 5+ years project management experience in the wireless industry * Is fluent in the technical aspects of NB-Iot/LTE system operations * Able to develop goals based on business needs and accomplish by working professionally with other team members.
