Reporting Analyst

As a Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for obtaining the insured's project reports from the broker, reviewing and confirming the accuracy of the information, processing and invoicing the policy endorsement and collaborating with the Underwriters for problem solving as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure reporting information is received in a timely manner following company guidelines

• Collaborate with UW when needed

• Process NOC notices when necessary

• Verify incoming reports/SOVs to ensure information is complete/correct

• Be able to identify discrepancies (extremely high or low values), inconsistencies, and locations that are outside the scope of the project

• Correspondence with broker on missing reports, missing information, and discrepancies

• Work with broker to educate them on the proper reporting process

• Calculate the premium change based on the appropriate rate and reported information

• Process the reporting endorsement

• Enter endorsement information into ALIS

• Set up diary/follow up for the next report due

• Have SOV scrubbed and put into risk smith format

• Review output for accuracy and add necessary additional information

• Send scrubbed SOV for CAT Modelling

• Maintain all documents/correspondence in the DMS reporting section
