Purpose of Position:

The Reporting Analyst will contribute to organizational improvement by gathering and analyzing data and preparing regular and ad-hoc reports while introducing process improvements throughout the reporting process.

Duties:

  • Creates and generates regular and ad-hoc reports.

  • Coordinate with other team members to gather requirements for enhanced reporting

  • Maintain efficient and secure systems for recording data.

  • Points out system or process problems and engages the team in problem solving.

  • Clearly communicates issues and resolutions of problems.

  • Conduct routine audits of data storage systems.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree from a U.S. College or University (or its equivalent) from another country
  • A minimum of 2 years of closely related experience

Required Experience

  • Must have experience with Business Intelligence (BI) best practices

  • Proficient in MS Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV) software preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Position Description The Operations Reporting and Administration Analyst will aide in aggregation, analyses and report out metrics for each product line in the analytics and reporting portfolio. In addition, this role will support the operations administration through collecting business requirements, maintaining policies and procedures, and supporting the performance improvement agenda. This is a remote role. Responsibilities Reporting Responsibilities * Work collaboratively with the operations leadership team to design, develop and deliver meaningful operations reporting covering both leading and lagging indicators of performance. * Work with each analytics and operating team to capture data elements to provide a consolidated view and an individual product view for each relevant measure. This will involve a creative approach in designing automated solutions to capture data and reporting of the key metrics to stakeholders. * Provide the operations insight regarding performance and opportunities for improvement. * Work closely with the Operations Reporting and Administration Lead to maintain the following Operations Administration * Support the Pulse8 Analytic and Reporting Operations Transformation initiative through collaboration in key meetings and initiatives * Maintain a repository for People, Process, Technology and Results documentation that supports the analytic operations including: policies and procedures, systems design, etc. * Assist in the development of process documentation including policies and procedures, work aids, etc. as assigned. Qualifications Academic and Professional Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field of study Experience: * 5+ years of experience with Microsoft technology stack including SQL, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Jobs, etc. * 3+ years of experience with Tableau, Sisense, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools. Experience with PowerBI preferred * 1+ years of experience manipulating data in Python * Ability to work independently and within a team environment * Ability to interface with both external and internal personnel at all levels * 5+ years of experience in healthcare industry preferred Travel requirements: * Will travel to Annapolis, MD for new hire orientation and then all Pulse 8 employees attend two company summits per year in various locations.
