CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer seeking an Reporting Administrative Assistant for a Smaller Company in Carrollton.

In this position you will work directly with the Controller and Accounting Department to Assist with Running Reports while meeting deadlines and working with a team.

CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Excel Reporting Administrative Assistant

Location: Carrollton, TX

Pay: $18-20/hr

Schedule: Mon Fri Full Time, Regular Business hours Temp to Hire

Job Description
Accounting Administrative Assistant will work as an assistant to the Controller and Assist the team with running reports, coding invoices and other administrative work as needed.

Provides administrative support such as reviewing and answering correspondence, filing, copying, answering calls, etc.

Maintains executive-level client contact, and handles confidential issues on a daily basis.

Acts as a liaison between executives & clients/personnel.

Plans, schedules & manages meetings & special events.

Coordinates travel arrangements/accommodations.

Maintains calendar & day-to-day schedules of executives.

Mail client birthday s card. May assist with other social functions as needed.

Researches and provides information as requested.

Coordinates collection and preparation of a variety of company-wide reports and presentations (PowerPoint).

Assists in tracking and monitoring various projects.

Serves as backup for front desk duties.

Conducts quality surveys and logs results.

Runs pre-defined statistical analysis of quality results for reporting.

Maintains and publishes Client Reporting and Ad Hoc Reporting logs; including running and formatting client reports

Reports QA data and follows up with appropriate business resources for resolution.

Maintains Reporting folder structure.

Sorts and distributes mail.

Performs project work as assigned.


Must have MS Excel Skills Pivot Tables, V-Lookups

Design Skills Expert at Word and Power-Point

Great people person! Able to interact with anyone

Trainable ability to learn AP skills

Great at computers!

Previous Admin work is a plus

Must have the ability to be at work every day! This is a smaller company, every person is important on their team!

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities * Proactively manage calendars and schedule/coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, including all aspects of the meeting as needed (technology, food, other…) * Make travel arrangements and ensure trips are well organized and coordinated, and ensure expenses are submitted on time * Responsible for scheduling all candidate travel, schedule interviews and times, and coordinate to ensure positive experience for recruits * Strong project coordination and adaptability, ability to work well with all levels of internal employees, executives and outside clients and vendors * Team coordination of budgets, training, employee onboarding, and awards * Responsible for accurate, timely responses to work requests with autonomy * Support the creation and/or coordination of presentations (PowerPoint) for reviews, or meetings * Identifying and solving moderately complex process issues, setting priorities and making decisions based on quality and accuracy. * Suggest improvements to processes and solutions. * Confidentiality with highly sensitive matters * May be a resource to other executive assistants as part of a broader team for purposes of sharing information, best practices, and providing back-coverage across departments. * Work on special projects and programs as assigned. This may involve projects for the Leader, as well as cross-department initiatives such as recognition programs. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience * High School diploma; Bachelor's degree a plus * 3-5 years administrative experience * Project management experience a plus * Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills.
