Responsible for designing, developing and managing application reports and/or data extracts to meet organization information needs. Required Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor Degree in computer related discipline or commensurate experience. Ability to understand complex database schemas and translate findings into functional meaning for the business. Two years of report development experience.

Solid background of programming fundamentals. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Desire and ability to learn new technology. # Preferred Education and/or Experience:

Experience working with healthcare data and having an understanding of inpatient, ambulatory and/or clinical workflows. Hands on exposure to relational database technology and SQL development. Understanding of both OLTP and OLAP data architectures is a plus.

Experience building solutions with one or more of the following tools/technologies: Microsoft SQL Server Database technologies:# SSRS, SSIS or SSAS SAP Business Objects # Crystal Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Epic Reporting Workbench Epic - Crystal Integration Cache # KB/SQL # Required License/Certifications: Epic Reporting Workbench Certification is a plus and may be required within 6 months. Epic Clarity Certifications are a plus.

This Analyst will be responsible for creating dashboards, monitoring vendor performance, reporting on key performance indicators, creating monthly Revenue Cycle reports, and ad hoc Revenue Cycle reporting. This role will have ongoing interaction with Revenue Cycle departmental leadership, coding staff, billing staff, patient access staff, and Revenue Cycle related IT teams. This individual will focus on implementing and supporting continuous improvement in key revenue cycle functions including Registration, Coding, and Billing. The Analyst will maintain a good working relationship with all constituents to ensure clear communication and a collaborative approach to implementing best practice processes. # PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:# (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except those that begin with the word #May.#) # # Monitors Revenue Cycle improvement and performance.# Monitors revenue cycle KPIs and identify areas for efficiency. # Collects, monitors, and analyzes data, and provides recommendations to Revenue Cycle leadership to drive better performance throughout the revenue cycle. ##Identifies different types of data that require tracking to improve revenue cycle performance. Analyzes data to identify opportunities for process improvement. ## # Develops and produces reporting that will create accountability and drive change. Develops easy-to-interpret reporting based on collected data and develops operating procedures in collaboration with leadership to ensure continued monitoring. Produces reports that track performance and are easy-to-interpret. # Develops and completes critical Revenue Cycle projects by collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.
