Manage a multi-million dollar business and make critical decisions that maximize sales and margin every day as part of our merchandise planning team. With responsibilities for both brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce and our omnichannel single view of inventory (SVI), you'll take an innovative and holistic approach to planning.
The Replenishment Planner (RP) leads the key company initiative to leverage the Foresight replenishment system to align inventory with customer demand. The RP will display leadership and business expertise in order to drive sales, increase productivity of inventory and improve profitability of replenishment assortment. Perform other duties as assigned.
Develop, recommend, and execute strategies to improve sales forecasts and replenishment orders within Foresight system.
Collaborate with Merchandise Planners on replenishment assortment, focusing on key volume driving styles and locations, and balancing assortment breadth and depth.
Comprehend and articulate Foresight parameters and settings to Merchandise Planners, Buyers and Directors in order maximize benefits and opportunities.
Present, train, and support Merchandise Planners on new strategies and processes.
Partner with Merchandise Planners to ensure ROFs and Plan development accommodate appropriate levels of replenishment sales and receipts.
Analyze reporting and leverage Foresight algorithms to ensure appropriate stock levels for all styles in all locations.
Attend vendor market meetings to review replenishment assortments and forecasts in heavily replenished families of business.
Understand Omnichannel customer demands and the inventory necessary to serve them.
