Replenishment Execution Manager

The Replenishment Execution Manager is both a customer-facing and internal support role that has overall responsibility for coordinating and executing replenishment in support of Scotts Miracle-Gro's sales initiatives, customer merchandising programs, and consumer demand for Scotts' products for one of our largest retail partners. In this customer-facing role, you would be the customer supply chain expert, responsible for ensuring customer supply chain integration, to enable seamless, efficient, and compliant customer service.

What you'll do in this role:

• Lead the replenishment & execution team, in collaboration with Sales, Planning, Distribution, Fulfillment, and Orders-To-Cash to coordinate replenishment in support of Scotts' and our customer's objectives, in compliance with all customer requirements.

• Coordinate with customer inventory planning and replenishment, channel management, transportation, and merchandising teams to plan and execute replenishment in support of customer objectives.

• Collaborate with Scotts Miracle-Gro and customer supply chain stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities to deliver incremental value for the customer, and/or a competitive advantage for Scotts.

• Mentor and coach a Sr Analyst, promoting sustainability, talent development, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to be successful:

• Ability to travel roughly 15% of your time in role.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

• Knowledge and experience implementing supply chain processes and procedures.

• Supply chain, inventory and/or replenishment planning experience in either a retail or CPG manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Systems experience using SAP, SAP BW, SAP AO, MS Excel (expert), Python.

• Ability to build and lead cross-functional teams and to work effectively cross-functionally within the organization.

• Strong collaboration, analytical skills, communication skills, adaptability, resilience, and persistence.

• Creative solution-based problem-solving skills with an aptitude for change.

• As a supply chain leader, this individual is expected to exhibit passion, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit, to lead change and deliver continuous improvement in the Scotts Supply Chain organization, as it aligns with customer plans, investments, and strategies.

The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $108,300.00 - $127,400.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
