PURPOSE OF POSITION
Monitor and direct the daily flow of materials and employees in replenishing to meet the daily needs of the operation. Review current procedures and strive to improve on those procedures to decrease processing time, increase service levels and improve variable operating cost within the department.
This position is structured to expose the Replenishing Lead to leadership responsibilities so that they can develop leadership skills in the area of operational functions and personnel management.

What You'll Do:
Prioritize daily work schedule for the department, and work with other departments inside the warehouse to reallocate labor to best meet customer demand and the strategic company goals, balancing both workload and labor.
Plan effective use of department equipment and personnel to meet operating budget and service levels.
Assist DC Supervisor with the creation of department budgets and operating guidelines.
Write and administer yearly performance reviews to frontline staff.
Training of employees.
Manage the development of meaningful labor and production measurements.
Build cross departmental communications with all functional areas of the company.
Assure that all actions taken with regard to direct reports are in accordance with established company policies.
Process receipts and replenish primary locations as needed to meet customer service levels.
Actively coach and develop employees using performance management tools.
Create weekly schedules using forecasts to accurately schedule employees to the department need.
What We're Looking For:
Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritize
Exceptional organizational skills
Experience in a supervisory or team lead role
Basic computer experience.
12th grade math, reading and writing skills.
Proven ability to coach and develop employees by producing timely and constructive feedback.
Standing or walking for up to eight hours a day.
Frequently lifting up to thirty pounds, occasionally lifting up to seventy pounds.
Frequently reaching, twisting, and bending in multiple directions.
Ability to perform work in tight quarter workstations.
Ability to travel between facilities as needed.
Moderate warehouse noise level.
Push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds.
Continuous arm, hand, and wrist movement (i.e.: wiping countertops).
Work in temperatures ranging from 50 95 degrees; as well as, in incumbent outdoor weather.
