Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Repair and Warranty Administrator . This role is crucial in supporting our Repairs and Warranty department in ensuring smooth operations and Business Continuity.
Responsibilities include assisting the Repairs and Warranty Team
Maintaining Rotable inventory and ensuring ample parts availability.
Communicating effectively with vendors and leadership team.
Maintaining on-time delivery, optimal cost, and quality of all repair/warranty inventory.
Planning repair vendors and/or services required by the organization.
Executing strategically critical projects that bring exceptional value to the company through total cost reduction, key repair vendor relationships, vendor consolidation, cost/benefit financial analysis, vendor quality management, and vendor certification and communication.
Processing repair/warranty activity to meet schedule requirements; generating and expediting repair/warranty orders for rotables/repairable inventory.
Provide excellent customer service to internal customers.
Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting.
Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers for parts orders and warranty claims.
With some travel as required.
Other tasks as required to support the Repairs and Warranty Department.
Qualifications:
Possess high degree of computer literacy. (Required)
High school diploma or equivalent. (Required)
Experience in an aviation or automotive Supply Chain or Aviation Maintenance is required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software. Preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work with people in all departments.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic working relationships.
Aviation experience 10 years of successful MRO, Supply Chain, and Aviation Warehouse Operations experience preferred
General Requirements
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must meet airport badging requirements, including a TSA Security background check
Must have a valid Drivers License and meet all company insurance criteria
