The Repair Department specializes in calibrating, repairing, and processing returns from all our business units.

A Repair Technician will develop skills to troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, validate and process returns while working safely, proficiently, and professionally. In this role, you will communicate frequently with customers.
What You Will Do
Inspect product and paperwork when received to ensure information is complete and accurate.
Troubleshoot and identify root cause failure of returned product.
Communicate with internal and external customers.
Perform repairs and calibrate as needed.
Issue credit or replace product as needed.
Disposition returned product.
Process necessary computer tasks to complete transactions.
Process credit cards
Alert Quality when trends are seen.
Research customer warranty eligibility AWTX programs (KBM and Everest).
Confirm products received are made to AWTX specifications (VAULT).
Maintain general organization of the department (parts, material, equipment, etc.).
Cross-train in multiple areas within the Repair and Quality departments
May provide training for others within the department.
