Job Summary
Generates quotes/proposals for customers from technician/service manager recommendations in alignment with our business guidelines. Manages and coordinates customer orders with dispatch/operations to ensure timely service and execution. Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints.
Essential Duties
Delivers exceptional service while handling customer's approved quotes and requests.
Communicates effectively to provide prompt and responsive service to the customer's immediate and long-term Handles complex and escalated quotes and requests.
Gathers data/costs for generating proposals and enters that information into Dynamics 365.
Works cohesively with sales/operations when needed, to create accurate estimates and work scope.
Delivers proposal within business requirements and communicates proactively with customers through email, phone call, or portals to build and maintain customer relationships that generate additional revenue.
Manages and maintains unscheduled/incomplete quoted work orders to ensure timely execution through customer/work order requirements.
Maintains a current and accurate pipeline in accordance with business standards.
Ensures any existing costs are allocated accordingly based off existing work orders (time vested).
Continuously reviews current processes/procedures and makes suggestions to leadership in order to improve and strengthen the customer experience and increase overall

Minimum Requirements
3-5 years with commercial mechanical services provider experience.
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong phone contact handling skills, and active listening.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) knowledge and experience preferred.
Work performed in a typical office environment.
