Job Description

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Engineer 3 is responsible for the overall maintenance of the guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

EDUCATION

• Vocational or Technical school graduate.

• Ability to speak English and Spanish

• Computer knowledge (windows platform)

LICENSES

Puerto Rico Licenses on either HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing required

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.

• At least seven to eight years of progressive experience in hotel or related field required.

• Some hospitality experience preferred.
