Basic Purpose:

Perform daily activities revolving around the completion of all tasks related to preparing and developing database tools to assist in the accurate receipt of all accounts receivable and to analyze trends and anomalies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and development of monthly/weekly database tools used in the management of work flow

  • Preparation and development of information using database and spreadsheet software to be used in analysis for billing trends or anomalies.

  • Preparation and development of Weekly/monthly reports in support of billing metrics and communication to other departments such as Finance, Sales and Senior Leadership.

  • Assist with the analysis of billing information to maximize cash collection and reduce bad debt expense.

  • Participation at all levels of the Billing project team to analyze data trends to maximize claims payment.

  • Act as a liaison between IT and Billing to facilitate programming changes required, including preparation of RFS's (Request for Service) using effective communication skills.

  • Testing of program changes prior to production release.

  • Train members of appropriate departments relative to the use of the database work flow tools and productivity reports.

  • Special projects as assigned.

  • None

Education Preferred:

  • High School degree or Equivalent

  • Bachelors preferred

Work Experience:

  • 3 + years of Medical Billing experience

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to work sitting at a computer/desk for long periods of time.

  • Ability to concentrate on a given task for significant period of time.

  • Ability to multi-task and adjust to change.

  • Using effective written and verbal communication.

Qualifications:

  • Able to demonstrate skills using Power point, Access and Excel software.

  • Strong interpersonal skills required to drive issue resolution in cross-functional team.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Billing information system(s) or similar environment

  • Excellent analytical skills to identify trending and unusual occurrences in data.

  • Effective problem solving skill, attention to detail and judgment.

The Warehouse Receiver contributes to warehouse operations including: receiving product, inventory management, assisting with product storage and product rotation, pulling orders and accurate order filling; can be assigned to route truck loading and unloading. This role assists the Warehouse Manager and works in conjunction with the company goal of Continuous Improvement as we mature with our distribution business. The normal work week is Monday – Friday with the hours of 4AM – 12:30PM. This position is expected to stay beyond normal end of shift or work additional days occasionally and as needed. This position is regarded as a stepping stone to future growth opportunities. Responsibilities * Compares incoming stock received to invoices and checks their condition. * Moves incoming materials and items from receiving areas to storage units or to other designated areas by using pallet jacks, four-wheel freight carts and electric powered forklifts. * Sorts and places materials or items on racks or shelves according to predetermined specs such as size, type, style, or product code. * Prioritizes and expedites items that need to be stored in freezers or kept under refrigeration. * Fills orders for vending items and loads proper vehicles per route driver's requisition. * Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed. * Assists with physical inventories and reconciliation. * May assist with computer data entry of inventory records. * May assist on actual pick-lines for snacks and beverages using assistance from computer programs. * Teamwork and collaboration with cross functional departments is a must. Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * Minimum 2 years warehouse experience preferred. * Experience operating an electric forklift strongly preferred. * Computer proficient and able to use company computer applications. * Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. * Must be detail oriented and accurate. * Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. * Professional, respectful communication skills. Environment * Required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. * Frequently required to walk; sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. * Works near moving mechanical parts (i.e. forklift, pallet jacks) * Occasionally works in high, precarious places; employee is exposed to exhaust fumes from trucks and/or forklifts. * The noise level in the work environment is moderate to noisy.
